"The worst auto insurance experience EVER. This office never follows up. Never heard from James Owen. Does he exist? This office doesn't know how to resolve issues. They just tell you to call a different number that tells me that my issue is a James Owen office issue. They ruined my policy and had me calling them for several weeks during my working hours."
